Fresh Rainbow Eggs

At The Ivy Oaks Roost, we take pride in raising a colorful, happy flock of hens that provides some of the freshest eggs you’ll find. Every egg is gathered with care, reflecting the health of our birds and the love we put into our homestead. From rich golden yolks to a rainbow of shell colors, our eggs bring both beauty and flavor straight to your table.

Our chickens enjoy a natural rotation of quality grains, fresh greens, and homestead-grown fodder. Their health and happiness always come first—and we believe that care shows in every carton.

Our flock currently produces a limited supply of approximately one to three dozen eggs per day. Egg production naturally changes throughout the year depending on daylight, weather and temperature, molting, age, broodiness, stress, and the individual laying cycles of our hens.

We have been fortunate to maintain a wonderful group of regular customers whose needs coordinate closely with the number of eggs our girls are laying. Because of this, we are not currently able to keep a fully stocked cooler at the end of the road—and that is a good thing! It means our eggs are being enjoyed while they are fresh, without ever asking more of our happy, healthy girls than they naturally provide.

Payment may be made by cash or card at pickup. A QR code and mounted cash lockbox are available for your convenience. Eggs may also be purchased in advance, and we will coordinate a pickup time between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
